Definition

1. What industries are our gears, wheel discs, rubber wheels, brushes, and absorbent sponges used in? Can they be used in other industries?

Our gears, wheel discs, rubber wheels, brushes, and absorbent sponges are only used in the PCB equipment manufac-

turing industry, such as grinding machines, etching machines, developing machines, and glass washers. We are not sure if they can be used in other industries.

2. What industries are air knives used in, and what are their main functions?

Air knives can be used in many industries, such as beverage bottle drying equipment, PCB manufacturing equipment, textile equipment, ultrasonic cleaning, and coating equipment. Their main functions are drying, cooling,dust removal, water removal, and air curtains.

 

3. Can air knives be customized?

Yes, the length of PVC and aluminum alloy air knives can be customized, but the shape is molded and cannot be cust-

omized. Stainless steel and titanium alloy air knives can be fully customized to the customer's specific length, width, height, and shape. The customer will need to provide a drawing of the key dimensions.

4.With so many air knife models, how do I choose one, and what is the most important factor in choosing one? 

a. The most important factor is the air source: are you planning to use a high-pressure blower or an air compressor? Most of our air knives are designed for high-pressure blowers, but we also offer air knives for air compressors.

b. The material you need depends on your operating environment, such as whether it's humid, corrosive, or has other special requirements.

c. The installation space you need depends on the air knife model you use. 

We offer over twenty models in various sizes.

5. Can brushes, sponge rollers, and rubber rollers be customized in size?
The outer diameter of rubber rollers (within 20-70 mm) can be customized according to customer drawings. Absorbent sponges and brushes are commonly used in the PCB industry, and their length and outer diameter can be customized. They are also suitable for other industries.
 
6.Can the wheel discs, gears, and plug-ins/U-block be made of different materials?
These accessories are generally made of PP, but some models are available in PVDF or PEEK. Please contact our sales staff if you require them.
 
7. What payment methods are supported? Do you accept payments from personal accounts? What currencies are accepted?
a. Outside China: Payments can only be made to our company account.
b. Within China: Payments can be made to company accounts, personal accounts, WeChat, or Alipay.
c. For orders less than US$5,000, full payment is due by T/T after the order is confirmed. For orders over US$5,000, 50% payment is accepted by T/T, with full payment due before shipment.
d. We currently only accept US dollars and RMB.
 
8. What trade terms do you accept?
We accept all trade terms: EXW, FOB CIF, etc.
Prices posted on the platform are EX-works prices. If FOB prices are required, they will be determined based on the order quantity and trading region.
